OUR TEAM

The thing you most need to know about Anita Dawson is she loves talking about design, her team, or just about anything other than herself. And that’s what makes her our fantastic, fun, and fearless leader.

Yes, she and her team have received quite a few accolades during her almost two decades working in interior design but Anita is most proud of the long-standing relationships between Dawson Design Group and the architects, builders, and skilled tradespeople she has developed. Because, ultimately, it is your experience, the team beside you, and the relationships in your field that make the biggest difference when you’re in the thick of a huge design project.

Anita’s background includes training in the performing arts and interior design, with previous career highlights as both a professional dancer and an arts administrator. Drawing on a multidisciplinary background in the arts, she understands how bodies move through space — creating not only beautiful homes, but also places you want to live in.

Within minutes of meeting Anita, her sense of humor and approachability are clear. Her clients know she has exquisite taste and vision, paired with the integrity you expect to see in the principal leading a major design project.
